The Annexe - Monmouth
This self-contained, large (11m x 5m), Granny Annexe in Monmouth, was designed for adapted living. With a large picture window and sweeping bi-fold doors to offer panoramic views of the local countryside it features full living accommodation, as well as an extended deck and outdoor exercise space.
The client requested a large independent living space for her adult daughter, fully adapted for wheelchair use. The annexe includes a bedroom with ensuite wet-room, kitchen, living and work spaces, low profile decking for easy access and large windows to maximise light and view to the surrounding countryside.
