Cardiff is one of our most active locations, with many homeowners in the city looking for ways to expand their living environments without relocating. Garden studios are particularly popular in Cardiff neighbourhoods such as Pontcanna, Roath, Whitchurch and Lisvane. These buildings provide flexible spaces that can function as home offices, studios or private retreats in the garden.

We also undertake home extension projects throughout Cardiff, allowing families to expand their living areas while maintaining the architectural character of the property. Our extension designs focus on improving natural light, spatial flow and the connection between indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor saunas have also become increasingly popular among Cardiff homeowners who want to incorporate wellness features into their homes.

How it Works

  • When we receive your enquiry we will contact you directly to arrange to view your space.

    You will have a visit from one of the Morgan family, who will answer all of your design and build related questions, and give advice on broader issues like planning.

  • Once we’ve discussed your project on site, we will work up a design and quote for your approval (this is all free).

    If you love your design and want to go ahead, we will book your job into our calendar and give you a firm start date and final price.

  • At this point we will request a £250 holding deposit - you can still change the date and adjust the design at any time - the deposit will simply come off your bill at the end of the project.
