Enquiry records where no order is placed are generally retained for up to 2 years after our last contact.
Customer records, including contact details and information relating to quotations, orders, installations and warranties, are retained for up to 10 years after completion of the project. This enables us to provide warranty support, respond to customer enquiries, maintain service records and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
