The Modern Detached Extension - Llanwern
This mid-size 3 × 4.5m extension with large bifolds and lantern skylight has given this 80’s detached property an entirely new lease of life. With added room for daily life and entertaining it gives a modern feel and added structure to a space that was feeling cramped and tired. Completely in-keeping with the original build - the extension looks like it belongs!
The client requested a large space for all of the family to congregate, with improved flow to the garden. Additional light from the lantern and bifolds makes the space airy, welcoming and functional for the whole family to dine and relax together.
Morgan Garden Studios were knowledgable, quick to make design changes and really easy to deal with. They offered advice on where they thought we could save money and really listened to what we wanted to achieve from the space.
